Used (normal wear), Only had one year. Haven't used much. Sun spots on the material but can turn to other side or replace. Great condition other than the mat which is in good condition just needs a cover or is fine the way it is. Maybe a good wash would help it. We just don't use it as we don't like swinging chairs.
