Reconditioned/Certified, There in excellent comfortable, fast depending how you use them. Originally came with black wheels. I upgraded them to Sure Gib wheels. Cause the wheels are why better. Can't seem to find the black wheels. The skates and are new. Only used like 5-6 times. The reason why I wanna get of rid of these is cause I prefer high top skates these are more so shuffle skate and speed skate not saying you can't do other things with them.. Make an offer!;
